I loved staying here! Was here for 3 nights, had a big room on 4th floor. Quiet, slept well. The bed was very good, hard matress which I like. The men behind the reception are all very friendly. Airco and wifi worked well. Athough the room did not really looked like the photos (bit less cozy, more basic), I did not really mind cause the room has everything you need. Was very clean and they kept it very clean each day. Location also perfect. For sure I will come back at this place. Last thing: for everyone who likes a good thai/oil massage (decent one!!) there is a very professional massage saloon just across the street which I highly reccomand: it is called One Season

The location is brilliant. Room was very warm, which was great for this time of year. Bed was very comfortable.

Perfect and convenient location. The central station and metro is so close so it’s easy to plan activities and not to miss early bus to Bergamo airport😅 Lots of restaurants and stores. Great hotel staff. I didn’t have teapot in the room, but after I asked for one they give it without questions. Cool street view from the window!😍 Nice mattress, but quite thin and used pillows. But this one depends on personal preferences. Very pleasant lady in the hotel restaurant who made a morning coffee.

Very friendly staff, clean and spacious room, we really liked the view from the room. The hotel is very close to Central Station.

Very good and fresh breakfast. Liked there was no coffee machine, the staff prepared your choice of coffee. Room was big' comfortable and clean/ Air conditioning was not working because of outside temperature (?) but after asking and complaining they fixed it.

The location is very close to the Milan Central station which is very convenient. There is a coffee shop next to the hotel if you need a quick breakfast. There is a supermarket nearby. Tram number 1 which takes you straight to the center is just around the corner. The room is very spacious, clean, and warm. Customer service is very good and friendly. The area is quite.

Front Staff - Very helpful Dining staff particularly the breakfast hosts. Wonderful, welcoming attitude in the morning, especially the gentleman and the madam, who made fantastic caffe and very forthcoming with all our requests. Fantastic location, less than a 10 minute walk from the central Milano train station and a 5 minute walk from the metro. Safe, secure with plenty of eateries and convenient stores and what not.

The location was perfect, everything is walking distance if you’re like me and my sister and don’t mind seeing the city by walking around. However the metro is also right next to you and easy to use, so that is also a plus. The staff at Mennini were super lovely and friendly. Also the breakfast was better than we expected and not just a croissant and a coffee. All in all, we really enjoyed the hotel and and would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan!
